Now Peter, I made a single post proposing a possible solution to the subject (#92) which was well into the discussion on reviewer credibility. All my subsequent posts were responses to people's inquiries which were directed to me about the subject. I am not sure your comment fairly reflects my purpose here.
 
All I see now is we're on the road to a WBF type thread.


Me I really don't care if a reviewer buys the equipment, makes the equipment or steals the equipment. Just provide a honest review about the product with no bias. Tell it like it is.

Well said. We can move this to another thread. But as Nelson said, we try to make everyone feel welcome. Even the chart huggers.

For sure, and I want reviewers to provide measurements on their room and the equipment they review not to mention the brand and year of the wine, ale or hard liquor their drinking or the type of drugs their taking. :D

Inquiring minds want to know who has stolen equipment. Since theft is a crime, it must have been reported to the police. Or fired from the magazine they wrote for. As usual, just more McCarthyism, innuendos and no substantiatiable facts.
 
I know HP "borrowed" equipment for very long periods of time, but I never heard anyone accuse him of stealing. Everyone else returns, ships it on to the next reviewer or once in a while, buys a piece they adore.

Wine and drugs have a bigger effect than cabling , so I'm in agreement ........:rofl:
