What are you listening to tonight ?

Love that one too. I just spun Foxtrot, 50 years old now. I just saw that Steve Hackett is touring and doing the whole Foxtrot album. Still awesome after all these years.

th

Check out "Foxtrot at Fifty - Live in Brighton" on Qobuz, probably Tidal as well if you haven't already. An excellent sounding recording. I was blasting the heck out of it a few weeks back and it was shaking and rattling every single window in the house!

Not sure I like it. It’s like repainting a Van Gogh.

Clearly a vanity project. I'm a big Pink Floyd fan from way back. But, I couldn't make it through this effort in reading poetic text.

I agree. Definitely not the best, but it does sound good.

Can't sleep. Been up since 3am with a nasty headache (almost a migraine), so made a cup of STRONG coffee and put on some soothing jazz...

As hard as this might be to believe, I am listening to this song on Spotify on the Bladelius ASK/Magico M3 combo. I'd swear I'm listening to my main Esoteric Grandioso/Halcro system, it sounds that good. And the ASK is cheaper than just the power cords which are hanging off the back of my Esoteric electronics.

New Stones album. First original material in 18 years. Paul McCartney, Elton John, Stevie Wonder and Lady Gaga all make appearances. Pretty solid. Can’t believe Mick sounds this good at 80 years old. I think Steve Jordan does Charlie proud.
