I clicked on this in the list of Frampton albums thinking it was something new. Well it was to me, just not Frampton, it was Nanette Workman. I assume Frampton played on the album or involved somehow.
I liked the album, not so great SQ. It's sort of Bluesy Rock, electric, some acoustic. She has a later album Mississippi Rolling Stone where the SQ is much better but I like the earlier album better, more raw and emotion. She does have a good voice IMO. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jU1ns5NVzvw
Just a fantastic album all around and its an ECM to boot. Feels like you're at the recording session or at a live venue. Manu is one of my favs (drummer) for sure.
Ed Kuepper – Character Assassination / Death To The Howdy-Doody Brigade. 1994 2LP - includes one LP of the original demos : stunning album, even on coloured white vinyl
. sonically its beautiful. This Album was mixed onto a custom Studer one inch C37 tape machine. The recording, mixing and mastering for the vinyl version were kept in the analogue domain to retain the integrity of the recording.
