I went to the CD-store (last one standing, I suppose) around the corner from my showroom (Gibert Joseph, bd Saint Michel) and asked the jazz rep: "give me something great, something you love". He delivered:

It's no background music: noisy sometimes, dissonant, repetitive. I found it intense, fascinating, well recorded. Definitely out of my comfort zone (which is Wagner, Beethoven, Bruckner), in a great way.
