My new VPI Classic 3 with Lyra Kleos arrived yesterday from Jeff @ A/V Solutions. Jeff sent it via FedEx and it arrived without any damage, not even any holes, dents or marks on the outside of the double boxes that it was shipped in. Jeff is definitely an analog guru and really helped with the purchase and keeping me informed of the status of this purchase. Thanks Jeff.

The rosewood color and motor in the rear looks prettier to me than my Classic 1 did. The rosewood on the VPI is a perfect match to my rosewood Acoustic Zen Crescendo's. Now I will just have to wait till the weekend to really play around with it.

Paul. Excellent :). Please post some pictures and impression :)
Another positive transaction with Jeff I guess. Thumbs up!

Congratulations!! I'm sure it will be awesome.. Also love your speaker choice. I've had them and they were really really good.

Congrats Paul, I'd love to do as you have and move up to the Classic 3, maybe next year.

You will love your Kleos, I know I do !!

Jeff is always great to do business with !!!

Here are some pics of my new Classic 3 with Lyra Kleos cartridge. Looks and sounds even better than I thought it would over my old Classic 1. I also like the motor mounted in the rear now. I think the Rosewood finish matches well with the Rosewood finish on my Crescendo speakers. With the Audia Flight phono pre, it is a match made in heaven to me. Thanks Jeff for helping me out along the way.

Really nice Paul! Your setup looks beautiful. Would love to hear the Acoustic Zen Crescendos eventually, I understand they are fantastic loudspeakers. Congrats on a well executed system.

I actually forgot what my first spin was since I was like a kid in a candy store playing as much as I could. I think it was Patricia Barber - Cafe Blue, Melody Gardot - The Absence or Eva Cassidy - Songbird. I played them all. I am a sucker for well recorded female vocalists.

Wow, it's beautiful! ...And the perfect match with your speakers indeed.
