Qobuz is also gone. This follows my firmware upgrade to 7.03 earlier in the day.
Has anyone else had this problem?

I upgraded but since I do not use streaming I haven't seen that. However, that is a major bug so I can't believe they didn't test that before release. Good luck. If it is a bug expect another upgrade in a day or so. :)

Tidal is back now after upgrading to the latest iPad version (which I think was also just released today). Whew!

What, interesting. I did the update to 7.0.3 just after it came out and Tidal was there and all I do with the Lumin is streaming, never tried it any other way. .

Yes, I have the same issue as well as no volume control etc...
No firmware updates showing available either.
The app is really messed up!

This app frustrates me also sometimes and seems sort of fragile. Just before Tidal disappeared, the Timeline Ring went wonky.

Have you tried updating the iPad to the latest? 9.2.1

Yes, IPad is 9.2.1 as of yesterday.

While Tidal has reappeared, it is totally wonked out. Nothing's working as it should or at all.

Tidal and Lumin need to get it together on this app. I'm going to look into Qobuz to see if
it's any better there.

And now, lo and behold, after restarting the Lumin, Tidal has gone on the lam again...

So weird. I'm setting hear listing to music (Tidal) but a big difference between our units, I've never updated my Ipads ( 5th Gen Ipad Air & 4th Gen Retina ) to 9.2.1 due to the weird issues in 9.2. I'm still at 9.0.1

I put in a case with Tidal support yesterday. Will probably hear back tomorrow. Of course, the problem may
be with Lumin, not Tidal, and the interaction between the two. In fact, because Quboz is gone as well, I think
the problem is with the Lumin app.

I've never had a response from Lumin support in the past, so not to optimistic about them helping out.

Thanks for doing that.
I agree that the problem is likely with Lumin but may have something to do with the IPad update. I think "psme" from Lumin used to post here and am hoping he or someone from Lumin sees this.

I realized that I had not yet updated my IPhone and a quick look shows that it still has Tidal, Qobuz and all functions are working as they should. Looks like the issue is IOS 9.2.1

Interesting. My iPad is running on 9.2.1 and, also, I upgraded the Lumin to the 7.03 release yesterday. I show Tidal on my dashboard and it is working ok.

Ok so my IPhone may still have the Tidal and Qobuz icons but it is by no means working properly. It is having the same issues as my IPad.

If Tidal/Qobuz icons disappear from the app, please go into the app, logout and disable Tidal/Qobuz, then enable it and re-login.

If it still does not work, power cycle the Lumin.

If it still does not work, please uninstall the app and reinstall it again, and re-do the login(s).

If Volume Control does not work, please go into Settings -> Options under LUMIN -> turn Volume Control Off then On.

If all the above have been done and it still fails, please perform a reset as follows (note that the current playlist stored in the Lumin instead of the app will be cleared, and all settings will be reset):
- Power off the Lumin via the Lumin power supply button (not the app).
- Disconnect all USB devices from Lumin, if any.
- Find something to press and hold the reset button at the back of Lumin.
- While still holding the reset button, power on the Lumin and keep holding the reset button until the front panel shows some small text about factory reset. Then you can release the reset button.
- After the Lumin is booted up, re-login Tidal/Qobuz.
