Tomorrow evening Weds. !0/29 at ( pm EST please join us for the new live episode featuring our guest Adam Wexler from Resolution Audio In Brooklyn. Adam's company is just overcoming a huge fire that destroyed their facility. Please join us, get involved, and subscribe great things are coming!

So why is it called HiFi Five? Could you explain the show in a little more detail please?
Marty,
There are 5 people. Four are regulars and one is a guest at least for now. My idea was loosely after the Fox show The Five on every day at 5 with 5 people. We are not political just a group of somewhat diverse audio folks talking about the audio Industry. We are not going to review anything, we will not take advertising from audio companies and we will try ( certainly more) as we get an audience to delve into the hard spots of the audio Industry. Tonights guest is Adam Wexler, He is a dealer in Brooklyn , successful in audio and custom , who is going through a huge issues as his business was destroyed in a fire a few weeks ago. We ill be discussing that a bit and other subjects TONIGHT.
I hope you subscribe, watch and enjoy.

Thank you for providing more details. Sounds like an interesting concept. Do you have a link or a web address to view the show tonight?

Just watched it. It's nice for us on the consumer side to get a taste of what people in the industry are thinking.

Adam's comment that he thinks most of his customers are music lovers first, as opposed to audiophiles, is encouraging.

I believe I heard the overarching goal of providing equipment that gives joy to the customer repeated a couple of times. Combined with what I see Mike doing here and in all of his other efforts, it really does come down to passion for music on both sides of the transaction.

A perfect example is Elliot stating that as a dealer, he would determine what kind of music the customer enjoys, then what his or her space was, then lastly, budget. What is his motivation here - a quick sale or a satisfied customer?

I make food for people, and I get satisfaction from positive feedback. Is it any different for a dealer when he or she finds the exact piece of equipment or system that makes the customer happy? I doubt it. Interviews like this help to remind us, the customers, that (in general) we and the dealers all come from that same place - a desire for greater musical enjoyment.

Lots of interesting viewpoints shared, making for an enjoyable watch for sure.
