The brake peddle is still there. I was taught 100 years ago or so when I started driving to feather the throttle and learn how to coast a lot. The regenerative braking turns that upside down a little. But I think one could get used to it.
But as I dig more into the Tesla model, I just don’t think it’s for my wife. Concerns about break downs and getting just any place to work on it, resale complications, etc. I need to do more research into selling a Tesla. I get the feeling you won’t be just walking into the BMW dealership and handing them over the keys and driving away in a new 5 series. But I could be wrong.
