I don't recall seeing that room at the main Munich conference center. Several were offsite at hotels, like Viva.

I really like the looks of these, but I can't get over how short they are. Wouldn't you want to put them on stands? Even the big ones?

got the eatons here , cracking speakers . the depth these things go to is incredible . put some floorstanders to shame . very clear , no fatigue and good value

these are around 4495 pounds and the cheviot are only a bit more which surprises me

'Cracking' is a British term/slang: Cracking - If something is cracking, it means it is the best.

Thanks audio.bill. Not exactly the best choice of adjectives in describing loudspeaker performance. In fact I can’t think of any worse if trying to describe “excellence” rather than “defective.”

the eatons have been here nearly a month and continue to impress. one thing which is good is they have detail at low volume so when your wife wants it turned down so she can concentrate you can still enjoy the music . lovely imaging too and very modest size

so decided to have the eatons now , they image beautifully and sound good at low volumes when my lovely wife doesn`t want to be disturbed too much by Wagner !!! BIG sound from these babies which work close to my walls .
