Synology 1813+ fan noise

So my NAS is making a bit too much noise of late. It's still fairly new but one of the fans (when it intermittently spins) is audible and getting louder. Any thoughts? Can I open it up and just tighten the screws down and/or replace the fan without screwing things up? Sorry for the NOOB questions. Thanks.

Ha! It's already in another room. But, I like the garage idea.

Is this a loud Fan noise or is it a mechanical noise. I have seen the Synology in other locations and did not notice the noise. I currently use Qnap which is dead quiet, and in another room, but was thinking about getting a Synology or Drobo to play with.
