We're buying in Boynton Beach FL. Going to sell the Aruba condo. It's my favorite place on earth, but a pain in the ass to get to. Also with kids leaving home, and I'd assume starting families of their own, FL is a easier destination. .. actually going to make FL my primary residence MN will be my second home. 183 days in FL to stop paying the ridiculous taxes MN has.
