Santa bringing you anything?

merry christmas everyone, santa was kind this year and brought me a linn krystal mc cartridge and a nordost qbase mk 11 power bar. both have made a big difference in my system and has brought the sound to another level. john
 
I finally broke down and got myself a new iPhone (Christmas present to myself). I think I was 4 or 5 generations behind in iPhone land. I went for the iPhone 7 plus mainly due to the screen size keeping up with my aging eyesight. I have to say, first impressions are very good. The battery life is excellent. The responsiveness is quick. And the camera seems much better too, although, nothing will compensate for my poor photography skills. Overall, I'm very impressed. Coming from an iPhone 5, this was a huge improvement.

Enjoy that iPhone Mike. A very noticeab upgrade for you. I'm debating whether to upgrade from the 6s to the 7+ or to wait for the 8. And Merry Christmas.

Thanks and Merry Christmas to you too. Verizon told me I can upgrade in 12 months. I think my last one was four or five years ago, so I can be patient with the iPhone 8 (which they should call iPhone X).
