Pink Floyd's Dark Side of The Moon album cover is more complex than it looks

Thanks for the link- a cute reminder of Sell's Law :)
As for the album- God, what a legend. the last two tracks still carry me away into some other place and time...
(until the bizarre Beatles cover plays at the very end!!)

Snell's Law. With a good copy you can hear why the executives threw a fit when they heard the very beginning of album. Profanity was not something accepted in the early '70's on record, at least not from staid EMI. Larry

It’s an awesome album. A must for every collection.

Besides DSOTM being a cult classic album and a very profitable one at that, Pink Floyd also helped fund Monty Python and the Holy Grail movie with all the money pouring in, being big fans of Monty Python and often watching the comedy while on recording breaks. We should be thankful for that as well...

Yea, I read that Pink Floyd and I think Led Zeppelin helped fund The Holy Grail.... one of my favorite movies of all time!

Having been a huge Pink Floyd fan since I was 12, I think it is the most perfectly constructed rock album of all time. Tommy would be a close second. I just get lost in it, especially while driving in the wee hours of the morning.

I saw Pink Floyd in Tampa Stadium when they first released DSOTM and then saw them 3 more times over the years. I have listened to this album hundreds of times. The only other album I have listed to hundreds of times is Yes, Close to the Edge. BTW, of all the bands I have seen live, Yes was the tightest.
