I do hope so. Did call him that night after my purchase using paypal to resolve the shipping address problem. A nice and patience guy to talk to.

And now all i have to wait is for Colin to inform me the shipping of the item. :D

Coming from an Emotiva, I am sure you will lover your new amp. Which opamp did you choose?

Installed Audio Magic Beeswax SHD fuse two weeks back and it is as if I have upgraded to a new amps. The sound is smooth and liquid. Though its expensive but if you are connected directly to the wall outlet, as I am, it will benefit a lot.

Check with Alfred from highend-electronics as he recommended them instead of SR Black fuse for these type of Amps.

Congrats Dev. I don't know why, but fuses seem to make a pretty big difference.

Only difference I ever really heard was Interlinks. Not speaker cable or fuses.
Net cables a very very very minor difference.

Joe, I have no idea what is the voodoo behind it  I have upgraded fuse in my DAC and Pre earlier and they do seem to make a difference for the better but the AM fuse on the Nords where really surprising. I never expected it have such an impact. I recall reading somewhere that the AM fuse has something which is capable of blocking EMI/RFI - so maybe this property is doing the magic. I like my Nords even better now :)

Thanks for sharing Devg! Always interesting to learn how we could even further improve the performance of these wonderful amps.

Has anyone heard Nord One Ups vs the various Job offerings? Two intriguing sets of good-value amps both getting rave reviews. I'm guessing it'd be more of a Class D vs Class A/B kind of comparison. Wondering what would be a better match with my Raidho C-1.1s. I'm principally looking for power & neutrality so possibly the Nords win in that respect?

I own the 225 and the One Up stereo and my answer is that it depends on what the "actual" load the Raidho presents as opposed to the specs. With the "right" speaker the Job is an exceptional performer. With a "difficult" speaker it can sound on the "thin" side. If you can't hear or try either I would guess the Nord would be the safer bet. Feel free to pm me if you want to discuss it further.

Thanks Jack! On paper the Raidhos shouldn't be too awkward but I think they do need a fair amount of power. I'm erring towards the Nords for that reason.

Been working 15 hour days for the last 8 days making jigs, redesigning etc we are almost there with our new cases.
So the sound is world class, but the case let it down a little well this are first class, made in Japan silky smooth and presise, sturdy and beautifully made. All 2 3/4" high 70mm, Stereo just under 17" 430mm wide Mono Blocks 11" 280mm Wide. Now come with switchable ON OFF DIM LED by popular demand! They are really very nice, Joe there are a pair of case here with your name on as a thank you.

If I have been off with any one over the last few days you know why now, to say I'm emotional and tired is an understatement, my family have taken the brunt.
Cheers and enjoy.
