New Table

There is a demo Spiral Groove SG 1.1 for sale on Audiogon by a dealer. Comes with Centroid arm, Spiral Groove tonearm cable, dust cover, etc. All for 12,300, which i bet they would take 12k. This is a $33,000 setup. Has to be one of the best bargains on any audio piece I have seen in recent history. If I didn't have kids going to college I'd buy it for Joe so he could revel in analogue heaven!

I agree with you....that is a smoking hot deal for the SG1.1 Timing is everything as they say....I wish I didn't have so many irons in the fire at the moment or I'd be all over that in a heart beat!

good video Myles. i just heard this table over the weekend and stood there and studied all the parts and how they work. to hear what they are all for in the vid is a real help. thanks.

I'm really floored at how good it is. The Etna matched up with the A23 SUT which was a concern, but a non issue. Between this and the new Lumin S1 from Mike, I'm set for a while. Thanks Mike!

Kev, I'd like to hear this table with the Benz. I went the opposite direction and ordered the Etna in April for my LP12. When it arrived, I decided to go for the AMG which I've had the hots for since it came out! Luckily my dealer carries both Linn and AMG and gave me a fair trade.

I'm getting my first couple of hours with it. Just jaw dropping good.

Thanks so much guys!
