New photos of Randy's system ...

I tried bi-amping with the ARC. Sound was find but thought it was a mismatch. I am thinking about getting some intrrnal bi-wired cables. A couple people have told me it makes a nice difference.

Ok, got some new pieces and selling some others. Here are some updated photos,

That is the ARC amplifier. The cover is actually off and the view is looking down through the top glass of the stand.

Oh, silly me! It does look really cool set up that way, though. On closer inspection I can now see that it's the glass shelf from the stand. A fine look anyway! Beautiful system and great setup! Glad those QS amps found a new home (I presume since they're no longer in your signature)! I'm enjoying my Rogue Cronus Magnum which replaced them to drive Quad 57's (this amp came in second place in a shootout by Chesky and others for the best amp for Quad's, right behind the ASR Emitter which is exponentially more expensive).

Yea, a gentleman who is a Quicksilver collector and they were a model he had been looking for. He was thrilled.

Ok, I think maybe finally reaching satisfaction (at least for a little while :D)... Here are some new photos...

Thank you gentlemen. I think I am ready to settle down for a while :). It has definitely been a journey of discovery!

It’s good to break and enjoy what you put together, a logical statement, except a lot of us don’t seem to do it [emoji3]

Anyway, enjoy!

Randy - It's indeed been quite a journey for you, glad that you're so pleased with your current setup! Now you can sit back and enjoy the tunes, that's really what it's all about. :audiophile:

Excellent system pics - very neat and elegant organization.

Instead of the component's plastic feet resting on the Gingko arch, try resting the component's metal body on the arch itself - it might disseminate the vibrations from the body more effectively.

I am surprised you recognized the Gingko Arch. The owner of Gingko gave them to me so I felt obligated to use them.
