New gear today!!

I can't comment on Aestheix's since I have never heard them. To me, the Crescendos sound great with the MC601's but they are the only amps I have tried them with. The bass seems very tight and clean to me. Of course everyone has different preferences. I did do many A&B tests directly between the 2 speakers in my system and definitely thought the bass with the Crescendos was better to my ears. The 601's may have more power than I need since I don't play at excessive volume levels, usually about 6 watts with a max of 60 watts. This was the same with the EB1i's though.

A question: do you think the W4S mPre + mAmps would go well with the PMC Twenty.23, or would that be too bright or forward sounding?
Also, do you know if there's a difference between the new ST-500 MK II and the mAmps regarding difference in sound? The ST-500 MK II is space saving and one electrical socket less ;-), but other than that ...

How do you find the DAC2 DSDSE soundwise?
