New Esoteric K-01XD and K-03XD Firmware Update

Hi Mike,
Will the upgrade of the firmware have an influence on the sound quality?
Do you have more details about the "Improved performances and fixed minor bugs" ?

I don’t. We haven’t run the updates yet.

Hi Mike, sorry for bothering you.
My dealer needs to get the information from the Benelux Esoteric "service center". Unfortunately this service center is pretty useless and does not even react to emails. This is why I was hoping you had some information.
Do you, by any chance, have an email address from Esoteric's R&D dept. in Japan or other Esoteric contact?
 
Thanks MichaelsMinute and SCAudiophile, but that's exactly my problem: The one for the Netherlands (who's also the service center for Belgium, where I live) does not react to my emails. I suppose I can try a service center for a different country, you never know, but I'm not sure they can or will provide more information or details. The one for Japanese customers might respond, but unfortunately I can't communicate in Japanese and I can't detect an email address...
But thanks anyway guys.

Use Google Translate for your email to the Japanese center.
 
+1 on using Google to translate into basic Japanese.

Try to reach out to Keith Haas in the US, tell him the issue and see what he recommends. He may reach out to Esoteric Japan and alert them.

Alternatively, I'm sure an Esoteric dealer themselves could do it and rattle some cages.

These are the only two 2022 updates showing on the Esoteric website for the K-01XD:

The failure to respond to customer emails by the service center should be raised with Esoteric Japan as a complaint.
The Esoteric sales channel in Australia is excellent. They answer all emails, sometimes within minutes of them being sent.
The local sales channel has direct access to Esoteric Japan to respond to any more technical matters. Answers come back from Japan usually within a day or 2.
