I travelled to New York to meet up with Joe (joeinid) and Bruce (BruceLet). I spent the day at Bruce's place today. He has a small room (11 X 12 or so), but has worked his ass off to get things sounding superb. From his attention to detail, setup, room treatments and proper power, his system sounds way better than it should in that room. It sounds amazing.

Bruce has Revel Salon 2's with Ayre, Mcintosh, Lampizator, Basis TT and more.

We listened for several hours to vinyl and digital and both sounded outstanding. He has NO room issues whatsoever. His attention to detail has paid off in spades.

I had a wonderful time with Joe and Bruce and thank them for putting up with me for an afternoon!

It's late, so I can't say too much tonight, except...What a great time we had today!!! It was such a relaxed and fun day with Mike and Joe. We listened to lots of music....talked and laughed for hours. Mike has been my friend for a few years but today we met for the first time. Mike is generous, warm, caring and fun, with a great sense of humor. My house had very good vibes today.

Thank you Bruce. It was a wonderful time. It was also great that Fred from Lampizator and your other friend, Mark could join us for dinner. It was nice to meet Mark and it's always great to see Fred and talk Lampi.

Although I was only able to catch the tail end of the listening session, Bruce had indeed achieved something special in that room. It could not have been easy to work with the relatively small square he has, so he should be really proud of what he achieved.

Good sound, good food, good company!
