Here's a picture of my system, with the latest Dr Feickert Firebird replacing the DFA Twin.
Its a little crowded. This is a system that I build since I exchanged my then Acapella Violons MKIV's combo (Jeff Rowland Amps, etc, ...) with Howie ... and evolved from 808.2 to now the 808.5, adding along the way, the 800v4 Ref CD/DVD as well the Sooloos combo of a C15 & Twinstore as upgrading the speakers to speakerlink version.
Somehow this system had stopped in on the upgrade path and so far, I am enjoying music instead of looking for 'trouble".
I know that I cant promise I will not make a change but for sure, this is one system that had me staying on for close to 3 years. This is a record as far as my hifi journey goes as I had gears moving in and out like every 4 to 5 months and of course, along the way, good monies thrown away.
Compared to some of the members in this forum, this is a humble system. BUT its my pride today and so would like to share my happiness, more so its been upgraded to the latest ID41 card. Everything turned more musical and analogue sounding and able to play louder with crispier presentation.
