Finally got the Shelter 501 installed tonight after the Pass XP15 arrived. Sounding superb!

Ha! The table was my late Fathers. I just upgraded the cart and added a phonostage. Damn this Pass XP15 sounds amazing and the Shelter is a real quiet tracker.

Mike….I also have a new 501 MKIII. I will compare it to my Lyra Skala at some point soon. Maybe not a fair comparison, but it's supposed to have a great midrange.
 
Bruce - its phenomenal. Such a quieter tracker. Really musical too. I'm loving this combo. You just don't need to go wild for great sounding vinyl. And this XP15 is an absolute home run.

Mike is right...I have my Clearaudio Concept (we know what they costs)...But my $100 Pioneer PL-600 (refurbed by me of course) gives it a run for the money...yes, the CA is better ...but it better be,...LOL
