P3ESR's arrived today.
They are on my desktop. With a MA5100 integrated.
Room is tiny.
Sound is just to die for.

I was made for Harbeth.

Joe,

I cannot believe how patient you have been.
You are a Mensch.
My order would have been cancelled since a long time if I were in your shoes.
Since patience is always highly rewarded, my guess is that the 40.1 will make you think very differently about all other speakers.

I took the decision yesterday to sell ALL my other speakers and to replace them by Harbeths. I hope you won't be as radical
as me !

I think I am, but I know how good they sound. My Strads will never leave, but I have no problem adding more Harbeth :).

Hi Jerome, I was telling my wife about all your great systems last night ! And remembering some photos from the past of your rooms.
Why don't you share some pics of all your systems again for us ?

Are you really planning on doing that? I demo'd several of the Harbeth at the local dealer and found myself in the other room very quickly. The Magico and Vivad were much more to my liking. It must be the magical pairing with your Shindo that you enjoy so much because Naim, Luxman and Hegel were not magic.

All tastes are fine and I respect yours.
I cannot listen to other speakers without finding them boring and artificial now !
No relation with Shindo.
Harbeth makes me vibrate like no other speaker.

That's wonderful to read Jerome. My MC225 was delivered today. Can't wait to hook it up tonight!
 
Jerome...congrats on the desktop Harbeths. So does this mean Wilson WP8 and Rega speakers are being sold?

Sure thing for the Wilsons.
Thinking again for the Rega's. One problem with the Harbeths are the feet. They are not nice. The Rega RS10 have a stunning look in the living room. And they are very narrow.
I still like them so I could tolerate them probably.
The Super 8's are also for sale.
