So you found the source of the problem?
No, just guessing. By the way, no spare fuses on hand.
So you found the source of the problem?
exactly. I want to ship it to them, on my dime, so they can say what is up. If I am fraud they can deny, or charge $ double! for headache.
You purchased a brand new unit from an authorized dealer. A Lumin rep on this forum advises that you contact the US Distributor with your invoice. You've done that and the US Distributor refuses to issue a Return Authorization.
Something does not compute.
They demand to see price paid, only missing link. Lumin serial number on unit, on packing slip, Fedex signature. Everything is legit except I must go back to dealer to ask them to prove to Lumin. That's fine. Just big headache.
As we discussed, just plug your nose and call them to get the full receipt. I wish you had bought from me! We wouldn’t be having this issue let me assure you. Anyway...
One question: did you happen to use the D2 with any external power supply like an SBooster?

OK... you would rather throw away a D2 still under warranty than to ask the dealer for a proper invoice. I get it. LOL.
My interest in this is because I am considering a U1 mini since I only use the SPDIF on my A1 to my miniDSP SHD with room correction. I would hate to think that, should something go wrong, I would not be taken care of.
