FMA 1811 - it uses 12 pairs of the mil-spec super fast and very powerful FM 17420 bipolar output transistors.
1 pair of 17420 are powerful enough to drive the D'Agostino Momentum Stereo or CH A1.....

David, nice indeed. Have you heard the Gauder speakers?
Mike, no I haven't had the pleasure. Though i'm familiar with Accuton ceramic drivers as I used to own a pair of Marten Coltrane Alto's & have heard various Marten, Avalon & EA speakers. The Accutons are very fast & sound like good stators, but with the dynamics of a dynamic speaker. The latest 'cell concept' drivers take it a step further and share a common acoustic center, allowing proper time alignment on a vertical plane. The Gauder speakers have amazing build quality & design finesse. I am impressed!

Oh, now see, here we go. I'm attracted to anything that even slightly looks ancient Egyptian influenced. I normally don't spend a micro-second looking at gear I will never be able to afford or anything. However, if I saw something like this I would have to check it out anyway. I would not have much choice, something like that would be a magnet to me.

Thank you Audiophon. Appreciate your insight. I hope to get to hear the 7 mk2's soon.

This is what Jason Victor Serinus of Stereophile reports on the RC7. I can confirm his impression on the Gauder RC9 in the Gauder/AVM room:

"What I can tell you, however, is that the Gauder Akustik RC7 Mk.II loudspeakers were sounding much better than in the company's own room, and exhibited great control on the loud, demanding dance music that served to draw my four days at High End 2015 to a close."

Wizard,

Did you get a chance to see or listen to the new Canton Reference K series loudspeakers?

Thanks for posting Myles,

Peter, love the pairing , great review, enjoyed the video's tremendously, fantastic shirt ...

Regards.

I hope to get to hear the 7 mk2's soon.

In the latest edition of the German hifi-magazin "Audio" they received an outstanding review. The reviewer states that the best sonic results were received with tube amplifers and the T&A high voltage amplifers (I guess you dirtsibute them correct ;))?

That's great to hear. Thank you. I must check them out.

Yes, I do carry T+A....great product, amazing build quality...just not a lot of recognition over here...yet.

Thanks for posting that video Myles. Peter's videos are always interesting, well edited & good fun. I think i'm going to call Peter's wife one of the great ladies of high end audio!
