What I found, in my travels, is that the majority of newer stuff is recorded at 24/96. I never saw a single 24/192 and no DSD.

True. Channel Classics and LSO Live are both recorded at DSD128, although their biggest sellers are the hi-res PCM transcodes (at both 24/96 and 24/192 in many cases). Barry Diament records and releases in 24/192. Lots of new pop/rock and jazz is 24/48 or 24/44.1 mastering, even if recorded at 24/96. ECM, DGG and Decca are released in true 24/96 (or sometimes 24/88.2), no idea if they were recorded in higher res.
