Might want to check the calibration of your Fozgometer....

also....use brand new batteries every time. ...just wondering if Mike adjusted his Foz with new or (even) very slightly used ones.
 
Mike.......I just finished calibrating my Fozgometer. I followed the simple directions while using the three test tones directly from my PC headphone output. A stereo mini jack to left and right channel RCA cable did the trick perfectly. Clicking on the three .wav tracks was all that was necessary.

Initially I was having difficulty getting the readings on the meter to stabilize but when I installed a fresh 9 volt battery everything immediately came together. With a fresh battery the meter held true to my adjustments. My Fozgometer calibration was off but not dramatically. Now it is dead on. I would suggest a fresh battery be installed before starting the calibration procedure. Thanks again for the tip.
