Look great Joe and congrats on the MC275. I bet the sound is fantastic. That fancy Burmester looks out of place.

Almost forgot...TUBES RULE!!! :exciting:

Nice-looking setup, Joe! I bet you are enjoying your tunes these days!

It is out of place but it seems to work great. I can't bear to sell it yet :)

Thank you Sean. Don't worry, the Naim still kicks ass. This is different in a good way. :)

Looks and I sure sounds great!

Thanks! It really does.

:) Awesome stuff, Joe. Even if the Naim wasn't your cup of tea, I'm glad to hear you're getting the sound you desire, my friend.

The MC275 was the other amp I was looking at before pulling in my SN2.

Between you and me, I think the Naim is my cup of tea. This system is not broken in so I can't be 100% sure. If someone made me choose ..... We'll talk :)

Haha! Nothing is absolute, I suppose. I continue to be impressed when I power on my Naim. Now looking to better my source as it's definitely my weakest link.

I just knew there was going to be a but in there somewhere .

+1 on the 275/40.1 combo.

Steve,

You WILL be building me a new stand. When your busy season slows down, I'll be ready. My gear changes so quickly, it's difficult to keep up. And yes, I hear you on 300b's. We'll talk. I need to learn more about them.

Doug, Paul,

Thank you. I am already thinking about the second MC275VI :exciting:

First update:

Okay, a little mushy in the bass and diffuse at first turn on. Now? Wow! After 6-7 hours of playing time, it's a different animal. More open, more depth and way more width. I am sure more break in to come, but soooooooooo much better. It's a wonderful amp.
