First update:
Okay, a little mushy in the bass and diffuse at first turn on. Now? Wow! After 6-7 hours of playing time, it's a different animal. More open, more depth and way more width. I am sure more break in to come, but soooooooooo much better. It's a wonderful amp.

Joe
The MC275VI is an awesome amp isn't it. Mine keeps getting better and better every day. Wait until you hear it with the Harbeths.
Your signature keep getting looks like mine now. The MC275 is obviously not the best tube amp but No one needs more than Mc275 in any system in my honest opinion. it does everything right .
Joe, When you're ready to put new tubes in it make sure to send Nikolay an email. Don't just automatically go with Gold Lions.
I already have a quote for new tubes from himThey could be a game changer. :woot:
