Magico M6

Magico's video (first part of your question) and Mike's commentary in this thread (second part of your question).

Watched the vid again and there in nothing about the new tweeter. There is also no mention of different bracing - in fact, from the published M6 drawings it seems that front and back are clamped by the same system of tensioning rods as used in the M3.

To me the M6 looks just like the bigger M3, with different support, even more rounded edges and a CF mid enclosure (instead of plymer one).

Ok, you must be right then .

Refined tweeter was posted by mike. Pretty sure that's straight from Magico.

Is it me, or does it look like the tweeter is in the enclosure too?

It does to me also. But I'll bet the tweeter itself is basically a separate cabinet.

I would think the tweeters are sandwiched between front and inner baffel and only attached with screws to the front baffel like the MPro.

170k is a steep price for a LS doing more of the same.

These are interesting. Some Wilson Benesch carbon monocoque design influence without the sharp angular aesthetic.

Is WB using a monocoque design ? They certainly borrowed the CF mid enclosure from Wilson Benesch, as they introduced it last year.

I wonder why M6 was only on static display in Munich? Perhaps there are some refinements in the works and the display example was not a final production ready version.

It wasn't on static display in Munich. They are still fine tuning things.
