Hi Peter,
updated Lumin U1 bat not the D2.
What are the enhancements and fixes?
 
Minor compatibility fix for a few USB DAC.

Since it's minor and only applicable to specific models it's not mentioned in the firmware release history.
 
+1 - Updated earlier today. Super quick and flawless upgrade. Working fine and sounding terrific; as always.

You mean a sound from speakers? Please disconnect USB and use another type of connection to the DAC, and see if it behaves the same.

Not understandable: O.K. connected with AES/EBU, reconnected with an Y usb cable still O.K.
 
If a thump does not occur with AES/EBU but occurs with USB, it may be something to do with the USB hardware design in your DAC.

You may also try powering off the DAC before the U1 is standby, and powering on the DAC after the U1 is awake.
 
Something is behaving strangely with firmware 13 and 13a
Lumin app is taking a lot of time to show my Lumin u1 mini options
And very often, options seem to be reset to default when I restart the app (display brightness, resampling...)
Version 13 seems a little bit buggy
i tried to power cycle but after a while, things returned like before
Peter, the new volume technology is not for me. What about the new RAAT sdk? Is it crucial?
If not maybe I will think to go back to version 12
is it possible for you send le the version 12 firmware?

Please power cycle your whole network, starting from the WiFi router, including the Lumin and iPad, and Roon Core if you use Roon.

After that, please use the app to factory reset the Lumin.
 
Peter, what if someone wants to get back to firmware 12? Can u send it?

This is very important because millions of users know how some big brands behave to force people to renew hardware.

I want to get back to firmware 12 and stick to firmware 12. Can you please send it to me?

Can I reinstall back firmware 12 knowing that my Lumin U1 Mini is now on firmware 13a?
