Congrats...I think they are awesome speakers and beautiful in graphite. In fact, if I had to choose...I might even choose graphite...I think it's a touch more expensive as I recall?

Thanks man. I thought I would prefer the red violin but after seeing the graphite in person I think it has a longer lasting appeal, which is important since I plan to keep these for a while (famous last audiophile words). I dont recall if these cost more but at $22K+, whose counting??? (yikes!)

I have seen both in person...as well as the original maple-like color on the original Guarneris (I owned those)...and my personal fav is the Graphite. IMHO, it seriously 'looks the money'...

They did it right...not just grey...but a serious deep luster anthracite-grey that is piano-glossed all the way...enjoy!
