How cool is this...I recently purchased a JENA Labs symphony RCA interconnect. It beat everything I have or have tried in my system for my ALO headphone amp. Brought a coherence and even spread to the music that was like turning on a really good cross feed filter.

So I emailed Jena Labs to find out about headphone cables for my Audeze LCD X and XC. Got an immediate courteous reply and come to find out Jennifer and Mike who own/run Jena Labs live about a half mile from me. They swung by tonight and dropped off their top of the line headphone cable for me to try. And we chatted about equipment and vinyl. So cool. Our US audio company leaders/owners are the best in the world.
 
How cool is that Darrin! Talk about service. That's really nice of them.

Will give it some serious listening over the holiday and report back. I think the stock cables are pretty darn good so interested to hear these.
 
Ok just took a break from 4th of July swimming with kiddos to listen to the Jena Labs H-P 822 headphone cable with my LCD-X cans listening to DSD into Chord Hugo. First impressions (with cable being brand spanking new and not burned in at all):

- first words that come to mind are "prettier, bigger, more information"

- less bite and glare than stock cables

- same effect I noticed when running Jena Labs Symphony RCA IC from ARC Ref preamp to ALO Studio Six head amp...soundstage became better spread and coherent. More like listening to live music with a large, coherent wall of sound being presented.

- more separation and articulation of quiet notes and instruments and vocals


So far really impressed.

Love these cables so much I just bought a pair of Jena Labs Pathfinder interconnects and a pair of Pathfinder Twin 15 speaker cables to replace my Audience cables.

Thanks. I had not heard anything even higher priced that beat my audience au24se cabling. Until I heard Jena labs. Last bit of hifi grunge and artifact removed so all natural music flows. The symphony line is one click above audience. The pathfinder is a different experience altogether.

Yes I had shunyata PCs and conditioners. I sold and bought Audience power cords and conditioners (better IMHO ...didn't take dynamics or air away). Jena Labs cables (at level I bought) are better than Audience. Last bit of hash and glare gone. More natural and organic sounding. More coherent sound stage across - more like live where pinpoint imaging doesn't take over and make everything miniature and unreal.
