Is Audioshark the most civil audio forum out there?

I agree with Mark. Thank you Mark. Mike and others - keep your other forum garbage at the other forums. We have no interest in your dirty laundry.

I'm carefully monitoring those who have left a wake of destruction on other forums. You will NOT do that here.

No destruction from this end Mike. I'm simply trying to defend the same point you clearly make in your signature. I'm sorry that someone decided to drag it over here from another forum.

Let's all move forward please and stop dredging up the past. We have a terrific knowledgeable group here, so let's explore some new and interesting topics. What's the new hot DAC chip, Mivera?

I guess it's just a coincidence that trouble follows you around.

The ESS 9038 Pro. It's gonna be something else. I can't wait for feedback about the Ayre QX-5 :)

Agreed....but let's start a new thread.

No not really. The issue is I have different views on things than the average audio forum follower does when it comes to what really matters about audio, and where the industry is going. However, if you have been following my posts for the last year on CA, and WBF, you'll notice that a whole lot of what the naysayers have objected to has already come to fruition.

In less than two pages. Gotta be some sort of record. .

I try hard Dan.

Mark.......Between you, Joe and Mike, I think you guys do a heck of a good job keeping the forum on track and committed to the mission statement. Trust me when I say, I understand. Six years of moderating another forum has been challenging for me, too.

Sometimes you feel like a nut, sometimes you don't. .

Speaking of trains, I would love to see Canada by train. I watched this documentary the other day, and Canada's history as a working country is deep rooted in the railroad. Beautiful wilderness. I can't believe some of the baggage people bring on board the Canadian transcontinental railroad!

The Rocky Mountaineer Train is definitely on my bucket list.

Yes that's where I live. In the heart of the beautiful British Columbia mountains :)

I've spent a lot of time hiking and climbing in BC. Hiking in Glacier, Yoho and Mt. Robson Parks. Climbing in the Bugaboos and Mt. Robson. BC is a truly beautiful place.
