I just took care of replacing my little mini system (I refer to as a sleep aid) with a Yamaha unit from Accessories4less and it's a Refurb. That is, it's supposed to be a Refurb, but I can't tell what was done to it. (I thought it was going to look used or have something missing or something).
I waited a little longer than planned and the unit was marked down even more, I got in for $156 incl shipping, well under my $200 max I anticipated. The thing is I can't tell it's a Refurb. It came packaged like it was new and there is even the factory protection stuff in the CD drawer and everything. New remote, all parts are there including covers for the iPod dock and USB ports (two things that will never be used). There is not even a hair width scratch on it. Doesn't look like a refurb to me.
Heck, for less important stuff if the need arises again, I won't hesitate to check in at Accessories4less.
