..just following the rules and introducing myself. I live in Scottsdale, Arizona where I am enjoying a life of retirement from being a professional violinist. My system is a VPI Superscoutmaster/rim drive/3D tonearm/and Benz LPS, an Ayre silver disc player, an Ayre K1xe preamp with phono board, an Ayre V1xe amp, and Vandersteen 5A speakers. I drive a Porsche, and a Cessna, and are actively playing in local orchestras.
 
In my Rock & Roll days I was a bass player; was lucky enough to play and record with some of the biggest names in the business. Touring is not as Romantic as is depicted in the press. I had some money and longed for a BMW-the bass wouldn't fit into it, so I sold my bass in favor of a violin.
