I'm from the Midwest USA and found this forum. I'm a music enthusiast and have had a hard time finding a good forum, hoping this one is a good fit for me! I believe in audio science (measurements and facts) and also believe there are things we cannot measure. It seems I either find a community that is all in on one side of the debate.

Anyway, looking forward to learning and discussing!

Current setup:
  • PS Audio P12 PowerPlant
  • McIntosh MA352 integrated (newest addition to the setup)
  • Audio Technica + DROP Turntable with Sumiko Songbird cart and custom linear PSU
  • Pi 5 + Digi+ HAT for Roon + iFi PSU
  • Denafrips Ares II DAC
  • Denon DCD-1650AE SACD player
  • Lafayette LT-D10 FM Tuner
  • Sony TC-FX45 Tape Deck
  • JBL L100 Classic 75 loudspeakers
  • BJC Speaker Cables
  • Mix of BJC and Nordost Blue Heaven interconnects
  • Mix of generic PSU cables and Nordost Blue Heaven.
Most of my listening is local streaming via Roon, but I also have a large CD collection and a small/medium vinyl collection.

Hello & welcome.

Years back I heard your amp with the L100's at an audio show, I thought the combo sounded great.

Thank-you both! I'm very happy with where I'm at, at least for now! The L100s were a great choice to upgrade from the JBL Studio 590s. I love how they sound and look! Same with the McIntosh. I previously had a Jadis Orchestra Black that I LOVED, but after I moved and my listening room is now larger it wasn't able to power the speakers without distorting too much.

Welcome, firenze! I gather from your first two posts that you are both a music lover and happy with your equipment.

Congrats on reaching that happy place that eludes so many audiophiles ("at least for now").

Here's hoping that you enjoy and learn from this forum as much as I do!
