Hello from Petaluma, CA

The Kleos is such a fine cartridge. I was so happy when Jonathan developed the Delos, and the Kleos really fulfilled a greater ambition. The whole problem with coil behavior in the flux field of a MC is a tough nut to crack but I think Jonathan, and a few other companies such as Dynavector and Miyajima (and I'm sure others) are addressing the issue, albeit in a different manner. Hope it's still performing well for you!

It's still performing super ! I added a Klaudio ultrasonic record cleaner to my vinyl equation yesterday, holy smokes, does this thing work well.

Glad to hear it's working well. It should last a very long time if aligned and optimised properly, so i'm sure you'll get a lot of years out of it! I've heard the Klaudio was great but have yet to try it or even see it in action. It sure looks well made and well thought out.

Stirling came to help us set up our Sonus Faber Amati back about 15 years ago. He was also one of the first to talk about using multiple subs to improve performance, and not just getting more bass. Very knowledgeable and great guy.

Thanks Adrian,That was a really nice visit with some very fond memories. Man, do I love the Amati's but they can be a hand full to get right...

Stirling visited last week to tweak my SME 20/2 table/SME V arm and align my Koetsu Rosewood Signature cartridge. He did a stunning job; it has never sounded better.
He knows what he is doing. Highly recommended.
Thanks Stirling!

Tom, thank you so much for the opportunity to work on your turntable. We had some fun, a great lunch thank you to your wife, and the 20 is really sounding great, along with the rest of your system. It was a pleasure.

Petaluma...what a beautiful area. I am there quite a bit for work! I really enjoyed reading about your history in this whacky hobby! Welcome!

Yeah, Petaluma is pretty darn nice. Grew up here, not going anywhere... It is a whacky hobby, for sure. It's not that different as a profession either! Thanks for the welcome!
