Hey all, a nice guy from another site suggested I stop in here. I see a few names I recognize.
51 y/o Ex-Toolmaker & Machine Designer had to switch careers and now I am a Principal Analyst for a software company. We write the leading software for the Pharma industry to submit dossiers to which ever worldwide Agency they need to.
Been around audio since a tyke. My brother was building kits since I was 5. I lucked into the main gear I have now for a whole lot less than imaginable but have always had a good sounding setup since my first income tax check in 1977 when I bought Onkyo Receiver and Tape Deck with a pair of Infinity RSb speakers.
I have 5 different systems around the house but may downsize soon and have no idea where it will all go. I am a big fan of Progressive Rock, Fusion, Jazz and killer guitars and bass. Recent favs would be Jeff Kollman, Michael Landau, The Meatbats, and a recent find but been around for a while, the Polish band Riverside.
Big fan of Craft Beers, Big IPAs and strong Belgians along with a bit of Wine.
Cheers,
Brian
