My passion for audio started in my teens many years ago and it's is becoming more obvious to me as I rediscover my vinyl collection from the late 60s and early 70s. I realized how obsessed I was even back then by the perfect condition of my LPs. Most LPs that friends have been passing along to me look like they survived a trampling by a herd of Wildebeest. The world seems to be getting smaller daily as I noticed just by chance that the previous introduction by Bobalaclune is my Neighbour and partner in audio. I had no idea that he was joining this forum. I look forward to sharing and exchanging experiences with like minded individuals.

Some oldies and goldies but not moldies there! :)

I appreciate the outpouring of welcoming emails. This forum is a wealth of knowledge and collective experience that will be humbling I am sure. My digital knowledge is quite limited and comprised of a Mac mini server along with a Wavelength Cosecant DAC 24/96 Numerator card. It does sound amazing and in a blind A-B comparison it won over some more expensive DACs in our little group. I hope to expand upon this and possibly try the Aurelic Vega or maybe a EMM DAC2x. Lots to learn and investigate before committing to a specific model. Cheers
Nick

Welcome dube! For having a limited knowledge of digital you could do a whole lot worse than the Cosecant. Nice unit.

Sent from my HTC One.

Just a simple hello!
I sure hope you post photos of your gear/setup.

Welcome! Great collection, and nice car in your avatar. My friend owns Autowerks and he specializes in Porsches and other exotics. I often take a break and walk by to see what he's working on. It's often a dream collection!
