I will listen to M3 with Statement in London in a few weeks, but you are absolutely right - having a listen to M3, potentially M6 and Pantheons is worth almost any ticket...
I will have to figure out how to make some business with Mike to make it worth his while - not easy as I am in Europe.

By the time M-P pair came to where I live, I would have to add ~32% in customs, excise and VAT, making the M6 sourced locally a more attractive proposition.

I went by Suncoast a couple of weeks ago and listened to the Pantheon speakers. They are incredible. Talk about a huge....yes huge sound. Probably the biggest sound I have heard over at Mike’s place. Wow ��
 
Could anyone with appropriate experience tell me whether the Pantheon will work in my room measuring W12' x D24' x H8'? Speakers across the



width.

My C60 Contours work well 95% of the time; a bit too much bass boom for 5%.. I could get the Pantheons 3 feet from back wall and about 20" from sidewalls - but one side would be adjacent to an open door into a study and the other side adjacent to a window alcove which sits back another 24" from the wall. See image. Many thanks folks.

They need more width. Frankly, they were too confined in our 17 x 25, so I moved them to the 19 x 25 and the performance jump was significant.
 
That (room size comment) is the death knell for my Trident II flirtation given my room size.
