Hi All. My name is Sean and I live in Anacortes, Washington. I work full time on the Washington State Ferries and I do Audio Video sales and installation on the side. My big brands are KEF, Parasound, Marantz, Yamaha, Acurus, and Aragon. I have access to just about everything.
My current system has taken many many years to get where it’s at, but today this is what I’m using:
SOTM switch fed from my cable modem feeding a SOTM SM200 Ultra Neo with fancy power supply to Denafrips Gaia DDC, to Dirac digital preamp. This feeds two DACS, a Denafrips Venus II for the highs and a Parasound ZDac to the subs. The Venus II feeds the Parasound JC5 that powers Magnepan 3.7i, and the ZDac feeds two Rythmik 18” servo subs. This system allows full Dirac calibration with four presets and digital crossover for speakers and subs with slope and time alignment. I use Roon and have the signal upsampled.
Thanks for looking!
