Great overview of last weekend's Warsaw AV show by Elberorth

Norman,

Here is a pair of Epilogues at one of our customers in Cape Cod in a room that is only 15' X 17' and it sounds amazing. With the custom configurator that controls the system you can adjust to really any environment. No bass humps or any abnormalities whatsoever.....balanced throughout the entire frequency spectrum.

Super!

The first thing you notice here is the "view". LoL.
2nd is how much more cluttered it is compared to the Apologue setup.

Have you installed any Anattas yet? I LOVE that system, howeverI must confess I only heard the Mk1 Apologue and it was not even wireless as it was a prototype and A_K says the Mk2 is waaaay better.

Till i hear the ProLogos or Apo Mk2, Anatta remains my darling. LoL

Understood. I guess the loft also brings in a lot of height/volume and it may indeed be bigger than I think. One point I overlooked is that Proteus setup can also compensate for a lot, so widens the range of what can work in a given space. Most importantly, th fellow is happy so that is what really matters.

Lucky you, your customer this time is an AUDIOPHILE, and so you must have enjoyed that customer engagement! I know that not all your customers start out as audiophiles.

This particular customer pretty much only listens to 50's, 60's and 70's rock. He' s really a music lover of this era more than even an audiophile in the sense that he doesn't like to "mess with equipment", he let's me do that. He just wants to enjoy the music. My favorite kind of customer:)

His space is about 700 sq. feet, so it's a pretty good size space.

Norman, next time you travel across the pond I will take you down to this space.

The Mk II version of all the speakers made a HUGE jump in performance. The Apologue now sounds like the Anatta, just larger scale. That was it. When you heard the Anatta it was already the Mk II version as that was the only way that it was produced. The Apologue you heard was the MkI version and as I said, there was a major upgrade in SQ....more natural, more dynamics, better depth and soundstaging.

I haven't sold any Anattas yet, it seems that anyone that can go for $300K for the Anatta, can also go for $540K for the Apologue and once they stare at the Apologue for a while, they are "goners". That's been my experience so far with the first two Apologue sales.

Wow, that would be great! I will be in Penn for 2 weeks in Dec and hope to make a short trip to NYC. I will let you know if I can make it a bit in advance.

I can see that.

John is over the moon with his ProLogos and would not wish for anything else!!!!
