Goldmund newest dealer in FLorida

continiously the most dissapointing of all swiss amps and the most overpriced worldwide.
Neither musical nore powerful in the sense of grip.

Best swiss amps , no doubt fm acoustics
 
Well, i used to have the Goldmund reference turntable decades ago with fmA phonopre, pre and amp.
One day i had the honor to spend an afternoon alone with Manuel Huber in his factory and got an impression on his work.
Atm, no, i do not own fmA.
If lots of cash comes across, i ll go back to fmA, no doubt.

Ok, there is no such thing as the best amp, agreed.
Just telling you that Goldmund has lost every reputation due to continious very dissapointed customers in switzerland, while fmA is the top of table.

on the used market, Goldmund sells at 10 percent of msrp after 2 years

Btw there is like zero places in the USA that sells FM and the only times I have heard it was in Germany and the sound wasn’t very good.
 
This morning I had a couple of our guys stop by so that we can move the deck chairs on the Titanic haha
I had some help so that I can install the Mimesis Reference Preamp along with the Telos 2800 momo power amplifiers in my main room, and open the Telos 800 stereo power amp for display.
I have the Pre and the Mono's playing for about two hours now and I am really happy with what I am getting. I don't like to make statements on gear that doesn't have at least 24-72 hours playing time however this sounds damn good right from the flight cases. I am very familiar with what changes with SS gear over a few days and I expect some of those changes to occur as well.
I will say this anyone that thinks that this gear isn't a top contender isn't listening to what I am in my room. I can say for sure that the Pre is something far from the ordinary and we shall see where it goes from here.
