Superbly written Bill...thank you. You should try the EML 45 Anniversary Globes with a metal base GZ34 rectifier tube. For me, it's tops! Also the 422A rectifier is excellent. I use it with 300B's such as KR Balloon, Elrog, etc.

Great question! It's mainly female jazz vocalists, Sara Bareilles, Sarah McLachlan, and so on... But I listen to so much variety...Chris Botti, Broadway Soundtracks etc

Absolutely. Will do. Actually I have not yet had the chance to try the PX-4 but very much hope to soon... I am pleased you are enjoying your hifi so very much!!!
