Lumin app and Tidal desktop app show the human-edited Recommended Masters category (which shows only a small subset of all the Tidal MQA albums). In our account I see 458 album - I guess the difference in number may be due to regional licensing.

Both apps also show a MQA logo or M next to a music title - based on a tag for each track to identify whether it is MQA or not. So after searching for a particular artist, it is at least possible to browse and look for the MQA logo.

To my knowledge currently there is no way to automatically get the whole list of all Tidal MQA albums. Lumin app relies on the search functionality provided by Tidal, and searching for Masters is not currently possible. Merely having a tag is not sufficient for that (unless we scan each track one by one, but that's not a practical way.)
 
thanks Peter for clarification. and basically is what I said, tidal not offers software developers, tools to locate albums mqa. I think it has very little logic that indicated that bet by the format mqa, and then make as little by it.

I remember (I'm spending a few days away from home), that if with Lumin app is made a search of MQA, appears an album of a Mozart violin concert. This is so, because in the title of the album is the string of characters MQA. What work would have cost Tidal to include in the album name an "(MQA)" at the end? Search for the albums MQA, would have been very easy and at no cost to Tidal. I think Tidal is not really focused on the customer, although this is not something I should explain to Mike, as this is probably one of the reasons for his success "CLIENT FIRST"
 
I received an almost 'word for word' reply from Tidal that Mike eluded to above about 1 month ago from an email i sent them.I agree that they probably just do not care about the customer.....

How do I find these MQA albums on Tidal?

When I search MQA or Tidal Masters all I see is a very short list, yes I clicked on show all.

That is a human-edited recommended Tidal Masters list, which contains only several hundred albums. To find more albums you need to search by title or artist. That's why I made the spreadsheet.

BTW, if anyone is using a DragonFly, you need to go into the streaming settings and select - Use Exclusive Mode to get the MQA content.
 
Compared 10 HD/DSD tracks with the same MQA albums last night and the MQA tracks won 9/10, with the lone,non-winner, being equal to the HD version. Pretty cool..
