Wonderful speakers…magical even. Heard them 2 years ago in Zurich. One of the most impressive speakers I have heard.

Are those his trademark "strings" grill cloth? I would have thought Sonus Faber would have demanded that they remain "theirs" only:P

Indeed a very beautiful looking speakers and I assume the sound matches with the looks:)....

How does this compare to similarly priced Sonus Faber?

This brand is still being manufactured and will continue to be a viable company going forward. My soulution distributor is the distributor for the speakers, so if anybody needs any information I can probably get whatever you need. I think there were some rumors that they may be shutting down.

David,

Do you have the list prices of the Ktema speakers? Just curious.

Paul, I've listened to them several times. They are the only other speaker I would have considered other than The Music if the price difference wasn't so great. That good! I liked the looks of The Music a lot more than Ktema and the price difference too big to swallow. BTW they seem to be a b!tch to set up, mind you The Music were too.

Dan I agree, except that I heard them set up what ssems like badly (close to the wall) yet the sounstage extended beyond the wall. Quite an illusion.

Wow, :I guess they were a bargain here or am I mistaken...

They are sold by the same dealer that sells Einstein electronics and Lansche speakers.

You are right they do sound nice even if installed poorly, but they are magical when installed right. I saw the change as my dealer was setting them up right, hence my comment about being a bitch to set up right.

I'm off track here but a good setup with someone with the right ears is worth it's weight in gold, luckily I was privy to that with my The Music and it's unbelievable how they now sound.
