Firmware 10.0 upgrade broke Lumin

Came home and felt like some music. Lumin asks if I want to upgrade firmware. Yes. Come back 30 minutes later and it isn’t done. An hour later, no change. Stuck in this state.

How do I fix this?

Mine finished in about three minutes. Reset everything and start over.

Power cycled and it came back up with 9.05. Was a little scared it was now a brick. Restarted app, but it didn’t prompt to upgrade firmware.

I've never seen this before, but I'm glad it works now. We have double recovery mechanisms available in case of a firmware upgrade failure.
