That -SE marketing photo with the Magico M9 does not seem right. A single M1X can't power M9, two amps per speaker are required, right? And the MXO boxes for M9 are missing. Maybe a photoshop job gone wrong?
 
Now this is very interesting. These are the parts that come out of the D1X during the VUK-D1XSE upgrade.
More stuff comes out than I realized. The analog boards and pinpoint feet are there as expected. The DAC boards are there, I wasn't expecting those. Power supply boards are there, I wasn't expecting those at all. What I don't see is the internal clock IC, unless that is built into the DAC board somewhere. Which if so would explain the DAC boards coming out. As I recall the marketing made no mention of replacing power supply boards. Actually there is quite a lot of stuff there for the cost of the upgrade.

Thanks! But I need an Everest with nine outlets...I'm one outlet short to power the Grandioso CD/SACD transport. The C1X takes two power cords so its raining on the parade a little bit. I'm using a Sigma v2 NR on the N1T which is the only source component at Sigma level. Both power distributors use Sigma v2's to the wall.
