My opinion of EtherRegen was not positive. Pakedge SX series switch is better.

Can you expound upon “not positive”? Did you find it to be doing harm?

I have only positive impressions of my ER. A Farad Super 3 improved it significantly as did my REF10.

A real surprise was that I found that the REF10 on the ER improved even the sound quality of music played off the local drive of my server.

I guess what I read from manuals are what I need. On second thought, I might probably start off with Delta as I need 2 of them. Who knows what I will need more down the road.

I just received a preowned Sigma v2 clock-50 cable and swapped it for my Delta v2. Barely out of the box, I hear across the board improvements. There’s an improved purity and density to vocals that has been giving me goosebumps.

I’ll provide more details after it has had a chance to settle in.

I was also able to locate a couple of Sigma clock50 v2, and as you noticed, I too experienced next level improvement across the board. Refinement and smoothness came into mind as most noticeable and it isn’t subtle.

Nope, not subtle at all. Risk is now exceptionally high of it being a gateway drug. Omega is calling my name.

Congrats. Those are the best clock cables I’ve heard too.

Audiogon. I snapped it up as quickly as I could.

Lucky you. I paid full retail for mine. After rave reviews on this forum I bought a Sigma v1 to compare against my Mexcel 7N-DA6100v3. The Sigma v1 was clearly better so I sold the Mexcel and bought another two Sigma v1.

Bottom feeding occasionally pays off for me. I don't imagine that I'll ever score an Omega clock cable that way anytime soon. Not until there's a v2. I'm very pleased with what I'm hearing from the Sigma v2 though.

I had no idea what to expect from this over the Delta v2. Impressing me most are 1) the more physical presence - particularly of plucked bass strings, 2) increased purity along with better conveyance of texture - particularly from the midrange on up, 3) vocals sound just wow, wow, wow more realistic.
