There are two million people infected worldwide and more than one hundred K dead. The world economy is down by several trillion. And some Fox News fanboys still think this is some kind of political game? Geez, ability to read definitely proves an advantage.

Well first, I can't be a Fox Fanboy because I don't have anything more than a roof antenna. My local Fox station is no different than the rest, they won't even air the daily briefings and dwell on the Death Scroll and nothing positive.
I am not downplaying the virus, it is serious. I also understand a little about Respiratory Diseases being married to a highly credentialed Respiratory Therapist. Some people are blowing it just a tad out of proportion. Are all the hospitals overwhelmed? Do we still need more Vents? Do you realize that if you get to the point of "really" needing the Vent, your lungs are already to the point of no return short of miraculous recovery and all the Vent is really for is to keep the patient more comfortable while they die? With or without, when it gets to acute, the patient usually dies.
I also have Asthma and am at risk.
However I do like to stir things up and see if people can think outside the box, or for themselves. Too many people are only listening to one side of what is going on and how it has been handled. Today's briefing was very well done, but not one station will air the whole briefing if any and the press is outright disrespectful with their lines of questions and accusations.
Are you seriously ready to hold out your arm as soon as they announce a Vaccine? I'm not. If this ramps down and becomes less of a threat, I still wont. But, now that so many Pharma companies are involved, somebody has to recoup their money, so what will stop them from mandating we all get the vaccine whether we really need is or not?
I mean no dis-respect to anyone or if they know anyone effected. My wife has a cousin recovering in the hospital and there are numerous cases at the retirement home my mother lives so it's already close enough for me. I just get annoyed when people just parrot whatever the media feeds them and dwells on only the doom and gloom. There are always 2 sides of the story.
